Colby Craig, 27, of Silver Creek was arrested this week for trying to elude police serving an active warrant.
Craig allegedly tried to flee from police officers who were trying to arrest him. During the attempt, Craig reached 97 mph in an area where the speed limit was 55 mph.
Craig is charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude police officers.
