Ricky Anthony Loftin, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after police stated he sold three vehicles and a portable building that did not belong to him for scrap.
Reports added that the property, which was stolen from a location on Moran Lake Road last September, was valued at $3,050.
Loftin is charged with theft by deception.
