Abel Lorenzo Lopez, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he hit a 26 year-old woman numerous times in the face before ripping her shirt open.
Reports added that Lopez also alleagdly punched a hole in the wall and then refused to comply with officers when ordered out behind a wall.
Lopez is charged with simple battery, criminal trespass and obstruction of law enforcment.
