Jesus Elvis Gomez, 17 of Rome, was arrested after police said he placed a bear hug on a 16 year-old woman in an aggressive manner.
Reports added that Gomez committed the incident at the victim’s Burnett Ferry Road home. Police added that the victim had previously placed a protection order against Gomez.
Gomez is charged with battery, and aggravated stalking.
