Thomas Matthew Hurt, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly to kill a 51 year-old woman, along with two others, with a piece of broken glass.
Reports said that Hurt took a piece of glass form a broken window and made stabbing motions toward the victims while saying that he was “going to kill them”.
The incident occurred at a home on Sagewood Drive back on November 11th.
Hurt is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threat and acts and criminal damage to property.
