Kristan Michelle Redden, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly took a woman’s bank card from her purse, used it to withdraw $202 from an ATM and then returned the card to the victim.
Reports added that Redden reportedly admitted to using the card.
The incident occurred on July 2 of this year.
Redden is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
