Tammy Jean Hatcher, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly stole various items from the West Rome Wal-Mart.
Reports stated that Hatcher stole $143.38 worth of stuff back on July 9th of this year.
Hatcher is charged with theft by shoplifting.
