Jesse Dewayne Akins, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he sold stolen property.
Reports stated that Akins possessed and sold stolen property belonging to Anniston Metals to someone back on July 24th of this year.
Akins is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
