Floyd County police arrested two people, Jody Ray Nails, 39 of Cave Spring, and Shanna Leigh Kelly, 39 of Aragon, this week after they allegedly tossed marijuana out of a vehicle.
Reports stated that officers were attempting to pull Nails over for not maintaining his lane when the drugs were tossed out of the vehicle.
Both are charged with possession of marijuana and abandonment of drugs.
Nails is additionally charged with failure to maintain lane.
