Two Rome women, Helen Elizabeth Lee, 23, and Chelsea Brooke Johnson, 25 of Rome, were arrested Wednesday at the intersection of Ave A and West 19th Street after a wreck allegedly lead police to finding numerous drugs.
Reports stated that Johnson hit another vehicle after leaving her lane.
Once on the scene officers said that they found Johnson high on drugs.
A search uncovered a baggie of suspected synthetic marijuana in Johnson’s bra. Police said they also found suspected meth in the vehicle.
Johnson is charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, possession of meth and possession of synthetic marijuana.
Lee is charged with possession of meth, possession of synthetic marijuana and probation violation.
