Stephanie Renee Walters, 37 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said she stole two credit cards from a woman on Pleasant Hope Road and then proceeded to charge $161.72 on them.
Reports said that the theft occurred Saturday.
Walters is charged with theft by taking.
