Warren Grant Boelhouwer, 46 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly hit a 44 year-old woman in the face.
Reports stated that Boelhouwer’s punch resulted in the victim’s nose being busted open
Boelhouwer is charged with simple battery
