Debbie Hatcher, 53 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after police said she was involved in a domestic altercation at a home on Wilson Avenue.
Reports said that Hatcher threw a knife at the victim’s face causing him to bleed.
Hatcher is charged with battery and probation violation.
