Brandi Michelle Morrow, 32 of Rome, was arrested Thursday after police said she attempted to exchange a counterfeit $100 bill for change at a location on Paris Drive.
Reports then added that Morrow “made a minimum of 3 calls to 911 to “go to jail”.
Morrow is charged with felony 2nd degree forgery, theft by deception, and unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
