Billy Frank Williams, 64 of Cedartown, was arrested on Wednesday after he was found with methamphetamine during a routine traffic stop.
Reports said that Williams was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt and then later told officers that he didn’t have a license or insurance. A search of Williams turned up a bag of meth in his pocket.
Williams is charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving on a suspended license, no seat belt, knowingly driving a vehicle on a suspended license and driving without insurance.
