Silver Creek Man Threatens Life of Man and Woman, Hits Man with Stick

Kellen Seth Burk, 28 of Silver Creek, was arrested Monday after he was charged with threatening the life of a man and a woman.

Reports stated that on March 9^th Burk called a man and woman and told them that he was going to kill both of them.  Reports added that he then went to the victim and hit h a wooden stick, causing the victim to bleed from the mouth.

The attack occurred on John Maddox Drive

Authorities stated that the female victim was the mother of Burk’s child.

Burk is charged with aggravated assault and two counts of terroristic threats and acts.
