Dustin Eugene Mullins, 32 of Dallas, was transported to Rome Monday to face numerous theft charges.
Reports state that Mullins took checks and bank cards from two different victims and then proceeded to charge close to $3,500 on them.
Authorities state that the theft occurred last January.
Mullins is charged with three counts of financial transaction card theft and two counts of theft by taking.
