Richenda Eugenia Richardson, 35 of Rome, was arrested Friday after she was accuse of attempting to hit a man with her car.
Reports stated that Richardson attempted to block a man from leaving before trying to run him over with her car.
Reports added that children were present during the altercation.
Richardson is charged with false imprisonment, aggravated assault and cuelty to children in the third degree.
