Tyre D. Stinson, 19, of Rome, as arrested Friday after he was accuse of attempting to sell marijuana.
Reports state that Stinson was found with over an ounce of marijuana and a set of scales back on March 23rd .
Stinson is charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of more than 1 ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
