Matthew Lee Hines, 17 of Rome, was arrested for drug possession after being pulled over at the intersection of John Davenport and Lavender Drive Wednesday.
Reports said that a search uncovered liquid cannabis oil, along with numerous smoking devices.
Hines is charged with the possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug related objects.
