Larry Jeffrey Pitts, 50 of Rome, and Tina Marie Hendrix, 42 of Aragon, was arrested Wednesday after police found numerous drugs in their possession while investigating a suspicious vehicle on Tom Bing Road.
Reports stated that officers found cocaine, methamphetamine and other prescription drugs during a search.
Reports added that the meth and pills were found inside a bottle that had been tossed on the ground.
Authorities also located spoons, syringes and a digital scale all used for drug use.
Both are charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, drugs not in original container, distribution of dangerous drugs, possession of drug related objects, abandonment of dangerous drugs, and criminal trespass.
