Dennis Lewis Turner Jr, 29 of Rome, was arrested Wednesday after he was accused of selling methamphetamine out of his Avenue B home.

Reports said that Turner sold the drug to an informant back on November 10, 2016 while in the presence of a child.

He is also accused of selling the drug to another informant on October 13, 2016 at North Broad and Harvey Streets.

Reports added that one of the transactions occurred near the Rome Housing high rise.

Turner is charged with two counts possession of methamphetamine, two counts possession of meth with intent to distribute, two counts sale of meth, possession of drugs near a housing project or park, cruelty to children and probation violation.
