Mary Malissa Miles, 48 of Carrollton, was transported from Polk County to the Floyd County Jail Thursday to face numerous charges.
Reports stated that Miles conspired with a co-defendant to traffic a quantity of crystal meth in Floyd County between July 12th and December 6, 2016.
Reports added that Miles communicated with Felix Guzman and Domingo Guzman via cellphone regarding purchasing the drug.
Miles is charged with being a fugitive from justice, the use of communication facility in the commission of a felony and attempting to violate the Georgia controlled substance act.
