Renalto Pierre Raper, 30 of Rome, was arrested Monday after being accused of causing “substantial physical harm” and “bodily injury” to his four year-old special needs son.
Reports stated that Raper used a belt to discipline the child. They added that the victim suffered significant bruising, redness and broken skin in the attack.
Reports added that the incident occurred between February 22 and 23rd of this year.
Raper is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
