Richard Donald Mask Jr, 48 of Rome , was arrested at the Fairbridge Inn on Martha Berry Blvd after he allegedly “lunged, cursed and swung” his bicycle towards another person.
Reports added that Mask then admitted to having a friends medication on him in an old pill bottle
Mask is charged with sale of dangerous drugs and disorderly conduct.
