Devante Jamal Camp, 24 of Rome, was arrested after littering outside Walgreen’s Pharmacy on Wednesday.
Reports stated that Camp threw paper on the ground and then refused to follow commands of police and resisted arrest.
Reports added that Camp also refused to sign the littering citation.
Camp is charged with littering, obstruction of law enforcement and probation violation.
