Zelibeth Olmeda, of Rome, 25 of Rome, is facing numerous charges after she was pulled over for allegedly driving under the influence at the intersection of Turner McCall and Riverside Parkway.

Police said they pulled Olmeda over after failing to maintain her lane.  During the stop it was also discovered that she was driving with a suspended license.

Reports  then stated that Olmeda allegedly became combative toward jail officers in the bonding lobby of the Floyd County Jail. They added that during the altercation she allegedly slapped an officer in the face before threatening to bite them as they placed her inside a padded cell.

Olmeda is charged with obstruction of law enforcement, DUI, failing to maintain lane and driving on a suspended license.
