John David Henderson, 21 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday after he allegedly threw a woman to the found outside a home on Kenwood Drive while intoxicated.
Reports stated that after throwing her to the ground he began to throw the victim’s belongings out into the streets. He then allegedly went to a neighbor’s home and started to bang on the door until he broke the window.
Reports added that Henderson then threw a city recycling bin, which belonged to the neighbor, and broke the lid.
Henderson is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal trespass FVA, and public drunkenness.
