Floydell Quinchard Smith, 26 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after police pulled him over at the corner of Echota and Coosawattee Avenue for having a busted windshield.
Reports added that that while being questioned Smith gave officers a false name due to the fact that he did not have a valid license and was on parole.
An investigation under covered Smith’s real name and was subsequently arrested.
Smith is charged with giving a false name to police, driving without license, cracked windshield and parole violation.
