Lloyd Jesse Morris, 42 of Shannon, was arrested on Sunday after he ran from a wreck that he caused on November 9th. Reports stated that he ran a red light at Georgia 1 near Food Lion and crashed into another vehicle.
Reports went on to state that after hitting the car he fled the scene on foot.
Morris is charged with hit and run, failure to yield the right of way, driving without insurance, driving on suspended license, driving on an expired tag, failure to obey traffic control devices and probation violation.
