Reginald Warren Jr, 27 of Rome, was jailed over the weekend after attacking two women and leaving them visibly injured.
Reports stated that Warren placed his hands around the necks of the victims and caused redness, swelling and scratches to her throat.
Reports added that the altercation occurred in front of a one year old child.
Warren is charged with two counts of battery and cruelty to children.
