Michael Stephen Peters, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly slashed a tire and scratched a victim’s Ford F250 truck. Reports said that the truck was parked in the 300 block of Broad Street at the time of the incident, which occurred on November 2nd.
Peters is charged with second-degree criminal damage to the property.
