Ibrahim Zaki Zaqout, 31of Rome, was arrested on Wednesday after reports said he attempted to steal a 1929 Chevrolet Coach.
Reports added that the vehicle is valued at $10,000.
Reports added that the incident occurred on April 26th of this year at a home on Wingfield Street.
Authorities added that Zaqout also lied to them about his identity when being questioned.
Zaqout is charged with theft by deception, theft by taking and giving a false name to police.
