Cave Spring police arrested two people Friday on burglary charges. Reports stated that Gerardo Mondragon Silva, 30 of Dalton, and Kayla Nichole McBee, 22 of Rome, allegedly entered a woman’s apartment without permission and proceeded to steal several items.
Police added that Silva gave them a fake name and date of birth.
Both are charged with first degree burglary.
Silva is additionally charged with fiving a false name and date of birth.
