Ryan Micheele Garrett, 37 of Rome, was arrested at the East Rome Wal-Mart this week for attempting to steal 14 thirty pack cases of Bud Light.
The total of the adult beverages came out to over $307.
Reports stated that Garrett had also been previously banned from the store for a similar incident.
Garrett is charged with theft by shoplifting, criminal trespass and probation violation
