Marlon Lane Boyd, 57 of Rome, was arrested on Thursday at a home on Oreburg Road when he allegedly pushed a woman that he was ordered to stay away from.
Reports stated that Boyd had been released from jail on a conditional bond that stated he should not “harass, threaten, or have any violent contact” with the victim.
Boyd is charged with aggravated stalking and simple battery.
