Silver Creek Man Charged with Stealing Gun from Car

Kellen Seth Burk, 27 of Silver Creek, turned himself in to the Floyd County Jail this week after he was accused of stealing a gun.

Reports said that Burk stole a .380 caliber ACP Makarov pistol from a vehicle on Jake Whorton Road back on May 7^th of this year.

Authorities added that Burk then allegedly attempted to sell the gun.

He is charged with theft by taking.
