Ronnie Troy Wilkerson, 42 of Rome, was arrested on Sunday for attacking a female victim and her two children.
Reports stated that Wilkerson placed his hands around the victim’s neck and shoved her to the floor. They added that while on the floor he proceeded to hit her with his hands.
Reports went on to stated that he attempted to hit the victim’s two children, proceeding to hit one in the knee, resulting in a mark.
He also attempted to hit another child in the face, but reports said he missed.
Wilkerson is charged with two counts of cruelty to children, simple assault, simple assault, simple battery, and battery.
