Gary Dewayne Locklear, 48 of Rome, was arrested on Monday after police allegedly found a counterfeit $10 and a used drug needle on him during a search on Nowark Road.
Locklear is charged with felony second-degree forgery and misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects
