Justin Dwayne Spicer, 29 of Cape Coral, Florida, was transported to Rome this week to face charges. Reports stated that Spicer jumped bail and ran from Floyd County and failed to appear at a hearing scheduled last December 14, 2015.
He is charged with felony bail jumping, along with his original charge of misdemeanor failure to appear.
He had been wanted for driving under influence, possession of open container, and disorderly conduct.
