Cedranecia Sinteria Evans, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after she charged at a victim in an ‘aggressive manner’ and then deployed pepper spray at the victim and a child.
Reports added that the victim was holding a one year-old child at the time of the assault.
Evans is charged with simple assault, two counts of battery and cruelty to children,
