Matthew Thomas Booz, 41 of Plainville, was arrested this week after he allegedly lied to police about a kidnapping. Reports said that Booz lied to police about kidnapping suspect that was later arrested for the crime.
Booz is charged with felony false statements and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement.
