Stephanie Caroline Hartley, 46 of Rome, is facing felony drug charges after being stopped for a stop sign violation. Reports said that during the stop police discovered that she was driving on a suspended license.
After arriving at the jail, officers said that they found a bag of suspected methamphetamine in her underwear. Reports added that a second bag of meth was also located in a body cavity.
Hartley is charged with crossing a guard line with drugs, possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, driving with a suspended or revoked license and a stop sign violation.
