Christopher Gilstrap, 41 of Rome, was jailed last week after police said he threatened to shoot someone.  Reports said that Gilstap went ot the victim’s home and attempted to pull her out of a swing.

Reports added that he left the scene and was later arrested at his home on Turner Bend Road.

Authorities said that on the way to the Floyd County Jail he threatened an officer numerous times.

Gilstrap is charged with two counts of felony terroristic threats and acts and misdemeanor criminal trespass and simple battery.
