Willie James Cliatt, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a knife at a female. Reports said that the victim suffered a cut to her right arm. The incident occurred at a Perkins Street home on Tuesday.
Reports went on to say that Cliatt attempted to clean up the blood following the incident. Police said that when they arrived at the home he refused to come to the door.
He is charged with aggravated assault, tampering with evidence and obstruction.
