Deanna Gail Turley, 40 of Kingston, was arrested this week after authorities said she lied to police about her estranged husband kidnapping her and her 16 year-old daughter and holding them against their will.
Reports said that though physical and testimonial evidence Mrs. Turley willingly and voluntarily prearranged a location in Bartow County to exchange custody of their son with her husband .
Warrants stated that Mrs. Turley “knowingly and willingly wrote a fictitious victim/witness statement in reference to a domestic violence incident that was to have happened on June 17, 2016. The allegations she described included kidnapping and false imprisonment.
Turley is charged with aggravated stalking, false report of a crime, false statements or writings, cruelty to children and probation violation.
