Cave Spring police arrested a man after he was found walking outside naked. Juan Ramon Garcia, 45 of Cave Spring, was found Sunday walking outside his Perry Farm Road apartment in the nude.
Reports added that several people were in the apartment’s parking lot and saw him naked.
He was charged with public indecency.
