Frances Teresa McCracken, 54 of Sugar Hill, was arrested in Rome this week for allegedly intimidating and exploiting an elderly person. Reports said that she coerced the victim into giving her $68,000.
Reports said that McCracken threatened not only the victim, but her family back in May.
Authorities added that they are looking for an accomplice of McCracken’s.
She is charged with intimidating and exploiting the elderly.
