Mandy Renee Young, 23, of Rome, was arrested this weekend after she allegedly caused damage to a car at Ridge Ferry Park back on May 16th. Reports said that Young was attempting to leave the parking lot when she slung gravel at another car resulting in over $500 in damages.
She is charged with criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.
