Otto Jabar Orr, 34, was sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to harming a woman and her baby. Reports said that Orr knocked the woman to the ground, hit her and then forced her to step on her 9 month-old child.
The incident occurred June 3, 2015.
He was also ordered to serve 13 years on probation once released.
He pleaded guilty to felony aggravated battery, aggravated stalking and second-degree cruelty to children.
